applicable offering.

Content provided by Lauras Legacy Inc is intended for general informational, educational, inspirational, and
personal-development purposes.
Our content may address topics including faith, identity, personal growth, purpose, wellness, lifestyle,
business, relationships, and personal experiences.
Information provided through our website, Legacy Letters, social media, events, programs, mentorship,
educational wellness services, downloads, videos, or other communications should not be considered
individualized professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Medical and Wellness Disclaimer
Lauras Legacy Inc and Laura Horsch do not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment through this
website or through educational wellness services.
Unless expressly identified otherwise, Laura Horsch is not acting as your physician, licensed healthcare
provider, registered dietitian, psychologist, therapist, or other licensed medical professional.
Information concerning health, nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, wellness, biofeedback, QRA results, or
products is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Biofeedback/QRA scans and related information are not medical diagnostic tests and should not be used
to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information or product suggestions based on a biofeedback/QRA session or wellness conversation should
not replace professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions,
medications, supplements, symptoms, pregnancy, or changes to your health regimen.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information received
through Lauras Legacy Inc.

3. No Guarantee of Wellness Results
Every person is different.

promised or guaranteed from using information, services, programs, products, or resources discussed by
Lauras Legacy Inc.
Statements regarding personal experiences are provided as individual experiences and should not be
interpreted as guarantees that another person will experience the same result.

4. Product Recommendations
From time to time, we may discuss or recommend wellness products, supplements, books, tools, resources,
services, or other products.
Such recommendations may be based on personal experience, educational information, wellness
conversations, biofeedback/QRA information, or other factors.
You are responsible for determining whether any product or service is appropriate for you and for
consulting an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

5. Vital Health Global Relationship and Affiliate Disclosure
Laura Horsch is an independent affiliate/distributor of Vital Health Global and may receive commissions or
other compensation from qualifying purchases or business activity associated with her referral or
organization.
Lauras Legacy Inc and/or Laura Horsch may also participate in other affiliate or referral relationships.
This means we may receive compensation if you purchase a product or service through certain links we
provide.
Our financial relationship with a company does not change our obligation to communicate our genuine
opinions and experiences.

Where required, affiliate or compensation relationships should also be disclosed near relevant
recommendations, links, or endorsements.
Purchases made through Vital Health Global or another third party are transactions between you and that
third party and are subject to that company's terms, shipping policies, return policies, refund policies, and
privacy practices.

6. Testimonials and Individual Experiences
Our website or marketing may feature testimonials, stories, personal experiences, or statements from
customers, attendees, clients, affiliates, or other individuals.
Testimonials reflect the experiences and opinions of the individuals providing them.
Individual experiences vary, and a testimonial should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you

We do not intend testimonials to communicate medical claims that we could not otherwise lawfully make or
substantiate.

From time to time, Lauras Legacy Inc or Laura Horsch may discuss entrepreneurship, network marketing,
affiliate opportunities, business building, leadership, or the Vital Health Global business opportunity.
No representation or guarantee is made that you will earn any particular amount of money or achieve any
particular business result.
Business results depend on numerous factors, including individual effort, skill, experience, time, market
conditions, expenses, and other circumstances.
Examples of income, achievements, rankings, or business experiences are not guarantees of future results.
Before joining a third-party business opportunity, you are responsible for reviewing that company's official
compensation plan, policies, disclosures, and other applicable materials.

8. Faith-Based Content
Lauras Legacy Inc is a faith-based business, and our website, events, Legacy Letters, mentorship, books,
programs, and communications may include Christian beliefs, Scripture, prayer, personal testimony, and
discussions about God and faith.
Such content reflects our beliefs, experiences, and perspectives.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, faith-based mentorship or educational content does not constitute
licensed mental-health counseling, psychotherapy, professional counseling, medical care, or legal or
financial advice.
Participation does not establish a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed
professional relationship.

9. Broken to Brave and Other Events
Registration for Broken to Brave or another Lauras Legacy Inc event is subject to the terms provided at
registration and these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
Event ticket purchases are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another person.
If you wish to transfer your registration, contact us as soon as reasonably possible before the event.
If Lauras Legacy Inc cancels an event, registered attendees will generally receive a refund of the event ticket
price paid.
If an event is rescheduled, registrations may be transferred to the rescheduled date. Additional options may
be provided to attendees who cannot attend the new date.
Lauras Legacy Inc is not responsible for airfare, transportation, lodging, childcare, lost wages, or other
expenses incurred in connection with an event, including when an event is canceled, postponed, or
rescheduled.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event speakers, schedules, programming, locations, or
content.

10. Event Photography and Recording
Photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur at Broken to Brave and other Lauras Legacy
Inc events.
Registration materials may provide additional information or consent choices regarding photography and
recording.
Subject to applicable law and permissions obtained, event photographs or recordings may be used in
connection with Lauras Legacy Inc's website, social media, educational materials, event promotion,
advertising, and marketing.
If you have concerns about appearing in photography or recordings, please notify us before the event.

11. Mentorship and Programs
Enrollment in a mentorship or short-term program represents a commitment to the program term
identified at enrollment.
For a three-month mentorship program, enrollment is generally nonrefundable once the program begins
unless different terms are expressly provided at purchase.
Lauras Legacy Inc may, in its sole discretion, consider exceptional circumstances on an individual basis.
Such consideration does not create an obligation to provide refunds in other circumstances.
Participation and payment do not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, business, financial,
relationship, or other outcome.

12. Biofeedback/QRA Appointments and Cancellations
Biofeedback/QRA services are provided for informational and educational wellness purposes and are not
medical diagnostic services.
Appointments may generally be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be nonrefundable.
Lauras Legacy Inc may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies or extraordinary circumstances at its
discretion.

13. Digital Products and Downloads
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, digital products, downloads, guides, courses, recordings,
workbooks, and other digital materials are considered final sale and nonrefundable once access has been
provided.
Digital purchases are for the purchaser's personal use unless we expressly grant different rights in writing.

14. Third-Party Purchases
Certain products and services mentioned on our website are sold by third parties.
For example, books may be purchased through Amazon, and Vital Health Global products may be
purchased through Vital Health Global.
We do not control third-party checkout, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, data practices, product
availability, or website operations.
Your transaction with a third-party seller is governed by that seller's policies and terms.

15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, original content created or owned by Lauras Legacy Inc, including text,
graphics, photographs, videos, downloads, worksheets, event materials, program materials, mentorship
materials, Legacy Letters, presentations, training materials, branding, and other original content, is owned
by or licensed to Lauras Legacy Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access our publicly available materials for your own lawful personal use.
Without prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, create
derivative works from, teach from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our protected materials except as
permitted by law.
Purchasing or downloading material does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

16. User Submissions
If you submit a testimonial, story, photograph, review, feedback, or other material to us and give
permission for its use, you grant Lauras Legacy Inc permission to use that material consistent with the
consent or authorization provided.
You represent that content you voluntarily submit is yours to share and does not knowingly violate another
person's rights.

You agree not to:

Attempt to interfere with website security or operation
Misrepresent your identity
